pain around my groin and belly button
Thank you for the reply. I only experienced the blood in my urine once and that was last year April. I don’t have any bulge… I experienced constipation for like 2 weeks… The reason why I am suspecting hernia is bcos it started after putting much pressure on my stomach muscle. I have been experiencing pain in my lower abdomen ( the lower left side of my belly and around my belly button) ever since. Another thing I notice is that I urinate like every hour.
