Great questions Pinto, and very thorough as well. I highly encourage you to research studies and stories of those that have changed their lives with a combination of positive thinking, and positive life choices. I’m not assuming you can change your face to resemble Tom Cruise by willing it so, however science has shown people have had positive health outcomes by simply believing it. An obscure concept, but one that is quite fascinating.
