    I dont think I have had any Dr ask me to cough while they feel my abdomen standing or sitting.

    When I do this to myself I feel movement under my hand. Is this a positive sign for hernia?

    Usually Doctors feel my abdomen while I am laying down when everything has already gone back into place!

    I was able to get an appt with Jaclyn Parker today on the 21rst, that Dr Towfigh recommended so hopefully I am in good hands!

    Ask your doctor to check you for a hernia. I they don’t have you stand up, ask them to check it while standing. Hope this helps!
