• Intra abdominal pressure and sucking in belly

  I’ve been in the habit of holding my stomach in my whole life. I don’t know if that’s normal, but it recently occurred to me that it could potentially be harmful with a hernia, as it assumingly increases intra abdominal pressure. Does anyone know, any doctors that can weigh in?
