  • Leg Pain after Hernia Repair

    In 2016 I had inguinal hernia repair (right side) , In 2017 I had umbilical hernia repair. Both with mesh. Around October of 2018 I started getting pain down my right leg, gets worse with activity. I have been seeing a Pain Management Dr. who has given me cortisone epidurals in my L1, L2, L3 nerves. Helped a little. I always thought this pain can was caused by the surgery or mesh from the inguinal hernia repair. Could I be wrong and it is caused by the umbilical hernia repair? Any opinions or thoughts?

    Lot of causes for leg pain. Umbilical hernia or mesh not causes.
