Hello,

drtowfigh are there any surgeons you would highly recommend for a neurectomy (genitofemoral, ilioinguinal, and / or iliohypogastric nerves)?

and if anyone else had a good experience, please let me know!

drtowfigh thank you! also with nerve pain (ilioinguinal, iliohypogastric, and/or genitofemoral nerves), would there be typically pain when sitting too? and during exercises? I have a deep achy pain that is pretty much 24/7 except it’s not as bad sitting. I feel it most walking, standing, and then after doing any exercises. I don’t really have any increase in pain during exercises… just seem to flare up an hr or so after. just curious if that that type of pain correlates with nerves!

Few of us treat a lot of chronic pain patients. We are those that perform (or evaluate appropriateness for) surgical neurectomy.

Mostly:
me, Shirin Towfigh
David Chen
Brian Jacob
Igor Belyansky

also, David Krpata’s practice is growing in this realm.
