    Are there any hernia surgeons with experience diagnosing and treating Spigelian Hernias in the east coast?

    Hello! I have recently been diagnosed with this type of hernia and am terrified. I am an older mom who had back to back pregnancies, I ran daily throughout both,

    Work on my feet, do yoga daily, and carry

    Around the toddlers. I guess my pelvic bowl was not happy with all of this. I am in Omaha, NE and looking for an experienced surgeon. I also would consider living with it as surgery literally is my worst nightmare. Not sure what my questions are, they are many, but wondering where you are in your journey to find help?

    all true hernia specialists should be able to treat a Spigelian hernia.
