  Mesh pain relief

  I live under this condition, less physical efforts means less pain on the mesh spot.

  Do you have something significant to share that can benefit many under this condition?

  – seek a specialist to figure out the cause of pain

  – if it’s a hernia recurrence, wear a truss or compression underwear. Ice packs help.
