There are centers that specialize in treating extremity lymphedema after breast cancer procedures or compression therapy for burns. You might be able to get a sleeve made that provides treatment similar to the compression stockings prescribed for patients with venous congestion of the legs. You could trial this and see if the pain from the congestion improves with an extrinsic increase to your arm’s pressure.
