    Hiatal/umbilical

    Hi

    I realised I had a hernia in July this year. The doctor told me it is an incisinal one as I had my gallbladder out in March this year. I also had my daughter in January this year. Please I need advised. I can push my hernia in but it pops back out pretty much straight away. Is this a concern?

    I am not really wanting to have it repaired till I have had another child. What is your opinion on this?

    Please help me. I stress myself out about this hernia and so worried it becomes strangulated and I miss serious signs.
