Hi, I’m a Korean hernia surgeon.
I’m glad to hear that you are near from here Korea.
I think you’d better put one large mesh after making 3 seperate hernia openings into 1 large one during operation.
However, the most important thing is to close the defect itself by suturing tightly.
Mesh should be used only for the reinforcement purpose.
