2nd inguinal hernia scheduled for Thursday 0800
I was right. It is a hernia. My 2nd this year. I am scheduled for surgery on Thursday.
I asked the surgeon why he went with an open repair.
he said because I am a deputy he felt it was a more secure repair. Open, stitched then mesh. He is doing the same on the right.
ugh. 6 weeks light duty again.
