6 weeks post op still pain and discomfort!!
This is for anyone who can help answer I’m 43 days post op open right grion Hernia with pro grip mesh. I’m still experiencing pinching and intermittent stabbing pains on the low intensity pain side they last a couple 3 seconds the pinching a second or to and again maybe a 1 or more annoying but the stabbers could be a 2/10 but there all over the course of a day, there could be no activity for hours then it’s pretty frequent. Nothing seems to bring it on really just sitting still and it happens!!!! I’m not yet back to the gym or 100 activity but I take long walks pain free and swim pain free and still these intermittent pains!!!! Am I just a slow healer??? Please tell me yes and it’s not more serious!!??
