I’ve had a sizeable hernia a little above My belly button for years. I have recently been experiencing chronic abdominal pain for about 3 weeks. Never stops. Had a colonoscopy with negative results. Could this hernia be causing this pain. It’s not debilitating but it’s enough to wear me out by mid day.

    abdominal pain

Hernia pain is typically related to the area of the pain itself. In other words, if you have a sizable hernia above your belly button, and that is the cause of your abdominal pain, it would be most common if that pain is at the site of the hernia bulge.
