    Advice on hernia

    I am M70 and had recently a right inguinal hernia mesh repair done laparoscopically. My left side was normal.

    I would like advice on an specific precautions I should take so that I don’t develop a left side hernia.

    Any exercises or wearing a truss or any other precautions, because I don’t want to have another surgery. Thanks in advance.
