Best way to handle a small umbilical hernia with fat
Had mesh removal via open and laproscoptic mesh placed in…this resulted in a small umbilical hernia with fat where one of the Laparoscopic ports was inserted…what’s the best way to handle this small hernia…no way am I using more mesh….still dealing with horrible symptoms in my groin ..hips ..back ..butt…. shouldice repair for this umbilical hernia…doesnt really bother me but I think its contributing to my abdomen weakness…can this triple neurectomy i had also weaken my abdomen and lowerback cause my lowerback is just so compressed and tight along with my hips and pelvic floor…my whole pelvic posture is off which is causing horrible problems

A Shouldice is used for inguinal hernia repairs.
A simple suture closure is all that is needed for an UH.
