43 year-old male having trouble determining if I have direct or indirect inguinal hernia. I’m looking to get a pure tissue repair done…what a start to this journey!

Imaging such as Ultrasound can help clarify. Examination is not always accurate, though it can be when done by a skilled surgeon while you are standing.
