c-section scar hernia repair
Any input or advice for an incisional hernia repair on a c-section scar I’d appreciate it. Would a mini abdominoplasty aid in lowering the reoccurrence rate? Would like additional input on this as well.

Really depends on your risk factors, quality of tissues, imaging and what it shows, exact size and dimensions of hernia, etc. There is no one correct answer.

With a small hernia such as mine – which method of repair should I consider first (aside from mesh)? My hernia is located on the left side of my C-section scar (anterior abdominal wall).

Mini abdominoplasty implies you don’t have a large pannus that would benefit from a full abdominoplasty. It will not change the outcome from an incisional hernia repair.
