Can hernia be diagnosed in less than 24 hours ?
Hi, few minutes ago I was lifting something heavy and now I feel discomfort in my right lower ab area and I’m concerned that it’s hernia. Its night and i’m planning to see a doctor tomorrow. will he be able to diagnose it correctly ? and is there any chance it’s too early to appear in diagnosis ?

Well I went to a general physician and he only did a physical test by pressing on the area and asking me.. anyway he told me there’s nothing to worry about but i’m just not convinced. i still have slight pain sometimes e even though it’s been 13 days.. and considering i’m a amateur gymnast idk if i should keep practising or not it’s really frustrating

Yes, it can be detected immediately if that is your case. How did your exam go? You’ll want a general surgeon to make the diagnosis, as they are the ones who deal with these things day in and day out.
