I emailed to the email given at Dr Kang’s webpage below, but it bounced back because the mailbox is full. Does anyone know if they are really so backed up with requests? Anyone had success getting in touch lately? Also Dr Kang’s member profile had not been active for 2 years on this forum.

Try giving them a call on the phone, they should have someone who speaks English.
