Hello, I’m looking for a no mesh surgery in my area and run into one surgeon who does a repair similar to Desarda. He claims to have done more than 3000 surgeries with around 3% failure rate.

I know in these forum are top experts, can someone please have a look and share an opinion on the issues of this technique.
