    58 yo female with small left sided hernia. I can’t have general anesthesia due to my heart condition so limited to an open type surgery. Looking for a good surgeon near atlanta if anyone knows one. Would prefer no mesh. Does anyone know if open mesh hurts more than no mesh?

    I don’t personally know anyone in GA that does tissue repairs.

    Dr Maggie Diller is great at Emory.
