I went to my 1st specialist to check if I had a hernia. He had a very good rating. All he did was stare at my left groin, and said it was bigger than the right side. Told me to look down and I could see that for myself, which was true. Then said my hernia was not small and should be meshed. Is this a sufficient examination to determine if I need the mesh?
Thanks. I planned to have it and put money in my FSA. Now wife diagnosed with cancer, so might wait one more year. I have no symptoms or problems. The more I read about it, the more I worry about having it.
