Hi Dr. Towfigh,

I am currently gathering all my medical information to make a trip out to Beverly Hills and I wanted to ask a question whether you would have to perform an open procedure on me as if have a pelvic kidney. I have had two prior laparoscopic surgeries (cholecystectomy and Nissen Fundoplication) and one open procedure (partial take-down of the Nissen to a Toupet). I currently believe I have bilateral hernias with one be femoral. I just wanted to get ideas prior to traveling to CA from VA.
