Indirect hernia
How are indirect hernias treated in adults? Mesh as well as no mesh like with the direct ones? For the non mesh cases they just stich up? Cam they also do it in this case in laparoscopy?

For the most part, with some technical details being left out, direct and indirect hernias are treated similarly, with mesh and without mesh.
laparoscopic suturing is not performed as the angle and technical expertise required is complex.
robotically, I do perform suture only hernia repairs -

Yes.
re laparoscopy: no.
but I do offer robotic non mesh repair for inguinal hernias.
