    I have a new hernia in my groin and have had severe Itching that is painful in that area. I have had 4 other surgeries and several nerve ectomies so much fairly number in that area. Has anyone else ever experienced Itching as a nerve heals??? Or side effect of NUMBNESS? I have had skin tests for rashes etc and have no skin conditions that anyone can find.

    where were your other surgeries please – itching albeit rare could have been caused by the occurrence of the hernia – any abnormal or new sensation will suffice
