I normally have always done kegel Excersises to promote good urinary/bladder function. Now that I have bilateral inguinal hernias I’m thinking it may be bad for them. Doctors including brown and towfigh warn that straining to urinate 9r constipation are bad for inguinal hernias. So with kegel excersises being similar intra-abdominal pressure is it bad for my inguinal hernias?

Kegel exercises, when done correctly, should not be straining. You should be pulling up on your pelvic floor, not pushing it out. And so it should be ok with hernias.
