    Dear ……Dog :}

    Thanks for the email.

We recommend Dr. Tomas because he is personally trained by us and has done more than 3000 hernia surgeries by our technique till today. However, there are many other surgeons in usa who are also using our technique for a long time but they are not trained by us so we do not recommend them.

You can find a doctor in your area also for your treatment. We have delivered lectures to many surgeons from all over the world through various conferences. If the doctors are used to attend these conferences then they should be aware about this surgical technique. My lectures are teaching lectures. However, if any surgeon whom you contact for your surgery is not aware then don’t worry. Show him the internet pages you have about our technique or ask him to send us an email and we will provide him all teaching material. Our operation technique is very simple to understand and follow for any surgeon with a good surgical skill. So you can contact a surgeon from your locality and give him all the information downloaded from our web site. He may go through that and be willing to use this technique. We have not made any patent of this operation technique so any surgeon can use it without any permission or payment to us. We will be providing all the technical knowhow free of cost to him. Visit our website to get full access to all operative or recovery videos, research articles or cost involved. http://www.desarda.com

Remember, every laparoscopic surgery is done with mesh only. And that is more hazardous because the mesh which is a simple piece of cloth is inserted inside your abdomen. So never consider endoscopic or laparoscopic surgery even if it is done free of cost.

You can contact us on our mobile 09373322178 if you need more information.

Any surgeon can practice this operation without any payment to us as we have made it free without any patent or copyright in the interest of public in general and hernia patients in particular.

Click on the ‘Location’ link on our home page and this will give you full
details as to how to reach to us, and also the full details of the costs
    involved. http://www.desarda.com/location-charges

Medical research articles on the complications of infected mesh (and mesh
migration) can easily be Googled on the internet. Full text here:

Extensive forum information on mesh complications can be found here:

Please click on the ARTICLES link on our home page to read more about our
    extensive mesh free hernia experience.

Please visit our websites for details and the operation movie to see the live
demonstration of this operation. You can also see the videos of some patients
from Australia or USA that shows how fast our patient recovers after surgery.
Visit to India for surgery is quite economical. We have hospital set up of
international standards and flow of foreign nationals coming to us for surgery
    is slowly on rise.

You can exchange views with other patients who got operated by “Desarda

    quote UhOh!:

While this may not be untrue (double negative on purpose), it directly contradicts what both Dr. Kang (on here) and Dr. Brown (on his website) say about the suitability of different repairs to different types of hernias.

Desarda may be the best universally applicable tissue-only repair, but it sounds as though a less invasive, less extensive, surgery can be done when using a defect-specific repair.

    Yes I totally Agree !!!

OUR TECHNIQUE CAN BE UNIVERSALLY APPLIED TO ALL TYPES OF INGUINAL HERNIA WITHOUT ANY STAGING OR TYPING. SO NO NEED TO CLASSIFY THE HERNIA TO DECIDE FOR THE TYPE OF REPAIR

I pressed him more :} I asked him about that person experienced below .. I am trusting Prof. Dr. Desarda M. P. .Still .think this method is the best !

    : { https://www.yelp.com/biz/robert-g-burns-md-newport-beach……….I do want to caution people that that the doctor who developed the Desarda method (Dr. Desarda as it turns out) sells the method on his website and has videos of people lifting things just a few days after surgery. This was not my experience. Dr. Burns said it would be 4-6 weeks before I would be healed, and after 6 weeks I was mostly normal, but not 100%. I still had swelling and some discomfort for over 5 months that slowly subsided. After the 5 month mark though, I am probably 98% but still getting a little better every day}

1] I wish to say that “We do not sell our technique as you wrote. Because, I have no monitory gains out of it.” The videos about recovery after surgery is aimed at to show and educate people that even if you lift weights, there is no fear of recurrence nor there is severe pain after this activity against as is seen with mesh repairs.” But we also routinely tell all patients, like Dr Burns, not to do strenuous activities like sports, Gym etc for 4-6 weeks. The reason behind this is –wounds inside are raw and normally it takes more than 4-6 weeks for them to get dry and pain free. So we advise to carry on your normal activities from second day itself as per your pain tolerance levels and sports etc after 4-6 weeks.

2] The ridge like swelling below the scar gets softened and normal over a couple of months. Any swelling other than this may be due to some surgical problem.

3] Some discomfort or stretching pain may be experienced by patients for a varied period of over couple of months. Items 2 and 3 are a part of healing process that may differ from patient to patient.

4] We wrote many times to Dr Burns about 5-6 years ago. He is using our technique for more than 10 years probably. He never responded to our emails.

5] There is no secret about superior results seen with us. It is the skill of the surgeon, how he handles the tissues, spermatic cord, nerves etc. Size of the hernia and any other associated complications also matter. Steps of the operation are fixed and standardized. So any surgeon with good surgical skill and who follows the steps perfectly will get good results. Post operative swelling and pain may differ from patient to patient as both these thing are dependent on patient’s healing power

Please read below the my qwesions and respond of Dr. Desarda ..Who known what EOA stand for ?

    ANSWERS:

1.I also did watched your You Tube surgery it was very simple and less invasive.. then Shouldice and others no mesh methods.
I liked how you gentle handled the spermatic cord { YOU DIDN’T PULL IT TOMUCH OUT} , you preserved the cremasteric muscle fibers and genital branch of the genitofemoral nerve which are typically divided in Shouldice . Correct ?

WE DO NOT DIVIDE ANY NERVE AND PRESERVE THE CREMASTERIC MUSCLE

    2. Did you used long term absorbable sutures ( PDS) ? The Shouldice people think this may lead to long term risk of recurrence. I personally am not so sure that there is a difference.

SHOULDICE IS A TENSION REPAIR. DESARDA IS A TENSION FREE REPAIR-SO NO QUESTION OF ANY INCREASED RISK OF RECURRENCE

    3. Also could you please let me know what is the main reason when your method could fail ? and who is the best and worst candidates for Desarda method ?

IT CAN HAPPEN IF SURGEON HAS NOT USED TECHNIQUE PERFECTLY OR EOA IS DAMAGED. ALL CANDIDATES EVEN WITH THIN EOA CAN BE REPAIRED BY OUR TECHNIQUE.

    4. Does it matter what hernia you have for using your method ? This doctor says it is .. https://www.sportshernia.com/no-mesh-hernia-repair/types-important/

OUR TECHNIQUE CAN BE UNIVERSALLY APPLIED TO ALL TYPES OF INGUINAL HERNIA WITHOUT ANY STAGING OR TYPING. SO NO NEED TO CLASSIFY THE HERNIA TO DECIDE FOR THE TYPE OF REPAIR

Cremasteric muscle is removed in Shouldice and get damaged in mesh repair. We do not remove cremasteric muscle. We maintain all muscles and nerves and all structures therein.
