If you are getting an MRI for inguinal hernias should you get the test with contrast or without contrast? Or does it matter for hernia detection?

I found the MRI Protocol you are talking about. I found it on an older post. However when I click on the image it is really small and when I try and enlarge, it is very blurry. Is there way of getting a better resolution image of it? Thank You
