“My Natural Hernia Cure” exercises
I wonder if anybody saw these exercises on youtube but this guy who has an hernia and keeps under control with 1) a belt 2) exercises 3) barefoot walking 4) strict diet (e.g. no gassy foods) 5) holding when pooping/coughing/sneezing…
I find the walking advice and exercises interesting…(the food diet if anything might make you healthier if a vegi based one)
Any thoughts?
