  Need help with testicular pain

  <font face=”Arial, sans-serif”><font size=”3″>I had inguinal Hernia Surgery using Shouldice technique in April 2024. I was gradually recovering after surgery. About six weeks later (May 2024), my scrotum was hit and injured. Then I have pain when sitting. I could not even sit for one minute. The scrotum is very sensitive. When taking shower, feel mild pain when water hit the genital area. Feel severe sharp pain if towel or jacket hit the scrotum lightly. I think posterior scrotal nerve and perineal nerve got injured or irritated. I saw general surgeons and urologists but did not help. Any ideas how to fix the pain? Who can help with these issues? Thank you.</font></font>
