"Nigerian" hernia repair method?
I happened upon this study this afternoon and thought it was interesting. I have no idea whether the publication itself is considered a reputable medical journal, though, and it was published 7 years ago (based on procedures done the 7 years prior to that). I’m curious whether this repair technique is similar to any discussed here (such as the Kang direct repair, or a pared-down two-layer Shouldice):
