What’s this biofeedback thing all about & are people getting any benefit from it?
Does it show promise in replacing the need for mesh removal?
What does the word “Biofeedback” even mean?

Ok soooo Biofeedback???
Biofeedback can be used as a form of pain control. It works in some patients and some situations. I don’t understand it fully, but it has to do with resetting your brain and how it perceives pain.
