Around the toddlers. I guess my pelvic bowl was not happy with all of this. I am in Omaha, NE and looking for an experienced surgeon. I also would consider living with it as surgery literally is my worst nightmare. Not sure what my questions are, they are many, but wondering where you are in your journey to find help?

all true hernia specialists should be able to treat a Spigelian hernia.
