Testicle pain, cord pain, crease, thigh, is this inguinal hernia?
For the talented surgeons,
Pain include the testicle, cord, crease of thigh, topmost of thigh.
Might pain be associated with this little bump of inguinal hernia?
My doctor said to treat pain first, then to treat hernia second. Now I wonder if this pain source is the hernia? How to know?

Yes. Can be the hernia. Need exam by specialist who can tell if your history and exam are suggestive of hernia being the cause of your symptoms. If not, then need urology workup.
