What helps coping with an hernia while watchfully waiting
Hi all,
Any thoughts/ experience on what helps those of you that are living with an hernia and do not plan (for whatever reason) to have a surgery any time soon?
From my side apart from exercising regularly I have noticed some benefit from using zero drop/minimalistic shoes….is it just me or somebody else also noticed this??

Coughing, constipation, and straining to urinate are the three problems that increase the intraabdominal pressure the most. Avoid these problems
