    William I see that you are from the UK. Do you know anything about the british hernia centre? I spoke with a doc there named Morrphy who is high recommended. He advised he has never seen a mesh complication and none of his colleagues has either. They do exclusively open mesh repairs. I am having trouble finding reviews of the centre. Have you read any? Dr Towfigh is saying mesh is the best option for direct hernias so I wonder if the hernia centre might be the best place to go. Any reviews you can find in the UK appreciated….
