    Did you have back pain prior to the Neuroctomy? I have possible nerve damage now and back pain and was considering Neuroctomy

    I am trying all conservative treatments now and hoping the nerve will heal on its own or to a level I can live with. I have had 4 blocks and all have given significant relief. I was just trying to get as much information and available options in case I need it in the future.

    I am actually looking at the pure neurectomy option of resecting the nerve and placing it in fat or muscle and any data around long term risks years down the road. Denervation and cryo are both very risky options and the nerves typically grow back and cause pain down the road
