Why do you want to join Hernia Talk?

I had a hernia repair 8 years ago. Six years ago I started having pain in the groin area. My PCP said I had diverticulitis and treated me for diverticulitis till October of last year when I was having chronic pain constantly. I finally got to see a doctor who knew what it was. Had a neurectomy a month ago and I’m still having pain in the groin and abdomen. Nothing helps and I can’t get a doctor to prescribe any pain medication.
