    Thank you. It was keyhole surgery for an Inguinal hernia & with mesh.
    There is swelling that has gone down quite a bit & mild soreness.

    I have been icing the swelling & I hardly feel any discomfort while walking around.
    I will ease up on the exercise & wait till I see my GP.
