I am newly diagnosed with a “Small noninflamed fat-containing ventral hernia.” I had a CT Scan done last week. I read very scary information on using “mesh” to repair the area of concern. I have suffered from chronic constipation for years. I think that may have causes my hernia. What are my options to repair it? It is not painful but I do fee a pressure sensation and the RUQ is quite hard and uncomfortable. I have never had abdominal surgery. Thank you for your feedback.
