Thanks for the reply William, would a weakness on the left side cause pain though?, I’m not really sure whats going on but I don’t think it’s a coicidence I have the hernia on the right side and now pain in my left testicle. I’ve never had any issues before like spermatic tube infection.

Any advice welcome

I first noticed a small inguinal hernia on my right side a month ago, got surgery scheduled in the next few weeks. Will post a report on how that goes after the event.

Freeman recently had a tissue repair and said he feels fine, I think its still a minority that have chronic pain not the majority of people.

The 27 guys who’ve had mesh implants haven’t had any issues YET would be my comment, the fact that mesh can bite you in the ass years later is my biggest concern and why I’d rather have tissue repair.

Small Inguinal hernia, moderarely active, I don’t think one single event caused it but an accumlation of lifting over the years.

Conze is 3 times the cost of Koch or Wiese and probabaly not 3 times the Surgeon but I agree he is quite possibly the best
