    Dr. Towfigh,
    Do my symptoms seem related to prostate? Left leg pain, left inguinal/groin pain, and left testicle pain. Dull ache, pulling, and full feeling.

    I had kidney stone in August 2016 on the right side with hydroureter. CT from that visit to the ER shows an unremarkable prostate. Testicular ultrasound performed last week shows nothing but a spermatocele on left testicle.

    Do you suggest digital prostate exam? PSA test? Any other imaging modality you would suggest to further look for hernia? MRI? Previous inguinal hernia on left side repaired with mesh in 2006. Exploratory laparatomy?
