• Hernia belt, pants, trusses etc. Harmful or not?

  I’ve started wearing hernia pants, I’ve read such devices can actually cause harm but can’t see what. Is there any harmful disadvantage to wearing them?

  No harm

  Really only useful if have hernia symptoms.
