I also think Dr. Kang has said,

I am sure that the results of Kang repair have proven that this process is not necessary at all.” Suggesting perhaps in his mind something more akin to a Marcy could in fact be sufficient in the case of an indirect hernia. But maybe I’m misunderstanding his words. Just wondering if this could be a fair point of contention amongst surgeons.
