Collagen Supplements?
Any thoughts, especially by medical professionals, on Collagen supplements to prevent or maybe help repair an IH, or possibly to help prevent a recurrence? My sporadic research on this topic hasn’t told me much.

From someone with a collagen disorder and recurrent hernias, I wish it was as easy as a collagen supplement. I guess I’ll have to try the chocolate route. Sounds good!
