Covid or Controlled Sneezing?

Since controlling my sneezing, which coincides with the covid pandemic, I have to clear my throat more than ever. I seem to have sometimes a wad of phlegm deep in my chest even though I have no cold symptoms. My half-sneezing seems likely the cause but then I wonder if it’s a very mild touch of covid. Maybe someone could comment.
