    Just afflicted with disabling sciatica on my left side over the last 48 hours to the point I can’t move (spent the last 8 months suffering chronic pain that didn’t totally disable me) and wondering if changing my posture after all the hernia issues from the right side may have caused it. I suspect it might. I think bracing myself on that side for 2 1/2 years may have resulted in a herniated disc. Ugh.
