Dr. Kang and absorbing sutures

Has anyone here repaired his/her hernia by Dr. Kang using absorbing sutures for correcting internal structures (not the external skin that is always closed up by absorbing sutures or glue if I’m not mistaken)?
My understanding is that you have an option to choose either absorbing or non-absorbing sutures to be used internally with Dr. Kang.
Use of absorbing sutures supposed to slightly increase recurring rate.
I want to hear the actual experience from the real patients who had Dr. Kang’s surgery with absorbing sutures.
Your comments/opinions/experiences concerning the use of absorbing sutures at Dr. Kang’s would be appreciated.
