Another interesting paper. If I read the numbers right it seems to show a 4.1 or 8.5 % chronic pain rate for laparoscopic mesh repair, depending on non-fixation or fixation. Oddly (or not) the Conclusion does not state the difference, even though it’s double. Maybe because of the Moderate “Certainty of the evidence”. I know little about statistics.
